A shounen webcomic by you would be awwwwesome~ I hope you get the inspiration you need.
Um, I don't read a whole lot of Shounen, but one that I remember liking is Buso Renkin. In the beginning it's a bit cliché, but later on there were some fights that I was like 'HOW ARE THEY GOING TO BEAT THAT GUY? THEY CAN'T THEY CAN'T BUT THEY DID'. Of course it's been awhile since I last read it, so I could just be talking while looking through rose colored lenses.

Ooh Chrono Crusade was a good one. I think Full Metal Panic is shonen. Not sure, it could go both ways. Hikaru no Go and Slam Dunk are pretty good. I don't read much shounen. I was thinking you probably don't want to hear Bleach. haha. If I think of anymore I'll remind myself to tell you.
I liked the anime at least...well..I watched it when I was little (and often times make inside jokes with things about it...like with the opening song)...but the art isn't my favourite...O.o;
Chrono Crusade is pretteh popular...I dunno if I could find it on the internet (just looking for these to read the first few parts so I understand how to start the first chapter of a shounen).
