I understand what you mean by guest posting. I was thinking of doing it that way also. If they have good ideas and can help improve the organization and work as something like a sub-admin (since it would be a sub-organization to the organization of theO) doing something, then they can also be a guest poster.
I think the challenge thing would work, also.
But I don't exactly know what to ask for of the admins...I could get to telling the idea part, but what would I want them to do...Ahh...so nervous...>3> A lot of this I could do on my own without getting the site involved...so WHY should I get the site involved?

XD I can see that happening, but then again DA is doing it as well and also, if I were to respond to that person I would tell them that America always takes TV show ideas and movie ideas from other countries, not like we can't do that on the internet, too? And this happens a lot on the internet, hence the whole meme thing. It's just moving the fantasia to a different site.
This sounds like a super fun project! I had no idea that was what Pixiv Fantasia was about. I heard the phrase here and there before, but never bothered to look it up.
I feel like you could fit this into one World with guest posting. Guest posting is no big deal; you just type in a person's username into the Guest Poster list of a World, and that person gets to add posts to it whenever however. The problem with this is that it could lead to spamming, or people who don't quite understand what to do to post the wrong stuff unintentionally. But overall, it's not really a big deal.
My only concern is getting enough people to do it, so that it'd be a community type of deal. I don't know if you know about it, but two members here have started a Host Club, and I feel like it's turned into a decent thing. I would host a challenge to advertise it, but after the challenge is over, still have the World up and let the project continue? Usually if you get a good artist or two to join, it lasts, but.
It would be pretty awesome if one of the mods here liked the idea enough to make it a whole site thing, like what they did with the anime character voting. I would take it up with one of them and see what they say. Never hurts to ask!
As for ideas and themes, I like Candyland :D And maybe one of animal people. Like nekomimi and usagimimi, only with the choice of all animals. (i.e., a boy with gills and a fin could be a goldfish, or a girl with black stripes and a tail is a zebra, etc).
Ionno, this would be something pretty cool, if you ask me. If did become a whole community thing, it would probably make theO a bit more popular. But then again, there will always be those people who are like, "YOU STOLE THIS FROM PIXIV WHATEVER *butthurt*". But other than that.
