I suppose that's true, but I suppose epic is just slang now. Like most other words. Like using hot to describe someone's attractiveness.

Well, I was thinking about that, too. But then awesome is used wrong, too. It's awesome something also that's grand...But then when you have people saying that your shirt has my favourite band on there so it's epic. That's how they seem to be using it nowadays, and that's incorrect because unless the picture on that shirt is truly epic, then they're using it wrong.

Hmm you made me think about the word epic. It's something huge, so monumental? Perhaps then it isn't such a stretch then to think of it as a synonym for "Cool and awesome". Because a monumental moment could be an epic moment. And a monumental moment in someone's like can be awe-inspiring. Or awesome. so to some extent epic=awesome... Though I'm starting to think that I just use a fallacy.... haha it's hard to say.....
