Oh~ that's a tough situation. I can pretty much guess what the faults are from what you've said... I can only tell you things from my experience, which isn't much. ^^' Sorry. ^^''' Well, do you feel that you can support him through this if he needs you? And you're absolutely right about changing him. It's hard but possible. He would have to really want to change, especially for you.

If I were in this situation, I would tell the guy how much and why it bothers me, but also reassure him that I do care (or like or love or whichever you want to say) about him.

Another thing I think you should consider is if you love him even with this fault.

Btw, my guy drinks (a lot) and I don't (at all). Lol. But I love him too much to hold that against him. ^^ And I also trust that he won't make me do what I don't want to. I trust him with his drinking too. Except the one time he was so drunk that he threw up in a train... Thank God I wasn't there. >.>

Anyway, it's still really early for the two of you, isn't it? I wouldn't rush anything right now. See how things go and take your que from him too. You're not in this alone, he's in it too. And you're not the only one who's scared and has something to lose. He does too.
