Through all my nerdisms I have a serious problem with Legos. Seriously that stuff is like crack to me. So it has actually become a passion of mine and is going to be my career. So I have a large Lego table in my basement/room and a building program on my computer to build Legos. I will be sharing my mediocre Legos based off of different nerdy things. Enjoy.
I finished the TRARDIS. Only to find out that for my internship with Lego they would like me to actually build it. So here is the model I will be basing all my pieces off of. And I will try to keep up to dat with pictures of the building process..
This had to be the hardest thing I've ever done with Legos. But that is my own fault. Instead of taking the easy way and making a miniature I went and designed it 1:1 Scale or 1:1.5 Scale. I don't have exact Dalek measurements, but it's close enough in my opinion.
So this weekend when I was watching Doctor Who instead of sleeping I had a stroke of genius come to me. I had been thinking of a new lego project to work on, but I didn't know what I wanted to do. I was thinking of something Who related, so then I watched an episode with a Dalek in it. So I decided to make a 1:2 scale lego of a Dalek. Here is what I have after 22 hours of work.
