Make a world for icons if you want, and invite a person or two who does graphics as well and give them permission to post in the world. So you have multiple people to keep it active and promote it.
well thats true but i do know a few of them that iv seen. but i also love music. mabey i could do both. but then id run out of worlds i could create. what if i wanted to make a tribute world? oh wait i could just join sombody ealses i guess ._.

The icon world would probably be easier and you definitely seem good at it. People do lots of those icon pages on livejournal, so theO could stand to have a few.
