That's usually the case. I work from 3 to 11, so I don't get home until midnight or so and I'm still rather wound up. I had to force myself to go to bed last night at 2:30... or this morning actually.

Drawback of sleeping in. Though if you're like me, you sleep in late cause you were up late too. LOL
