Welcome to the Worlds, congrats, I know it ish confuzin' @.@
in answer to the question there, It seems to me that parents think if they can handle it so can their kids because somewhere with the 60s rebellion and on, morals have slipped and so the rising generation of parents think that there is nothing wrong with what is wrong? Not saying all parents are bad now-a-days, just the ones who think it's okay to take their kids to something rated 17+ (and not saying they are bad people, just their parenting skills)
