I just noticed this now.. It is definitely the IE9. There are some special options for it, but try to get some other browser. You can download more at once, it is not a problem, I myself use three.
srry bout that buddy my laptop has both internet explorer & firefox, but i just uninstall explorer & went with firefox get firefox downloaded & c wat happens

It's Internet Explorer 9. That's what happened when we got it.
