Well, when it got up, it only had 18 views and a handful of votes. If I had to guess, it's probably an activity thing in which it's a number of votes or views in a certain amount of time.

Ahaha, well, that why we keep trying. Also, part of that might be because we as artists are hard on ourselves X3;
I believe it's how many views you get on the artwork that moves you up there. So if you look at it views wise I think that's how they do it for most recently put up. Great job on it though and congrats.
