Your first con??
You're going to LOVE it! Fo shiz. They are so much fun!
And yeah, I've never actually seen anyone get mad about eachother costumes, at least at the cons here, everyone is super fun and really nice, probably beacuse we all have something in common. I think the ralts idea is great!
Well, my point is, you're not going to hear that much negativity at a con. Insults are very hard to hear because it's loud and busy. Most people don't say stuff like that out loud! XD They're all kind and considerate (usually) I think because we all like the same kind of stuff. Or maybe it's that we've all probably been discriminated against due to stuff we're passionate for, so sharing that common pain makes us all kind to each other as if we're all friends...it's weird...O.o;
Oh, whether you want hugs or not, you're getting them! XD And maybe pictures if you cosplay looks appealing enough to people. That's one of the main things they do at a con, walk around and hug you. Though, I don't think I've hugged anybody on my own will...O.o;
Yeah, but the fact that that sort of talk happens... Well, it's inevitable, but still bothersome =/
Ahaha, I'm definitely not looking for hugs =^_^;= Especially not at my first con =>u>;= Maybe one hug'd be fine XD; (Although if I get to hug some of my fave characters, that'd also be good =ouo=)
And don't worry, nobody gets mad at you for what you wear! XD I mean, everyone's commenting about everyone's costume good or bad, it's so crowded that you don't even hear any of that any ways! XD I went to a convention wearing black pajamas...nobody knew who I was even though I was supposed to be an inverted Black Near...which makes SOME sense...
Still, the only thing that would possibly upset you is that you don't get as many hugs as somebody you're with who is more dressed up or something, but other than that it's pretty fun! Even the waiting in line is fun because people are so nice~! XD
