Maybe you're in pain from stress. I was in a great amount of pain a while back and I now realize it was from stress (except my foot is from something else my mom said). But I don't know what you're feeling...so it may not be stress...
Yes! Yes! Make to do lists! They're you're best friends! That's the only way I can do anything is if I write it down. I usually write it on my hand so my hand is usually covered in lots of ink...O.o; And people bother me about it...>3>
