Isn't there some kinda cream that you put on your chest that's really refreshing and then you can breathe better. That usually works for me...but I can't remember what it's called...just that it's really cold and refreshing and makes you feel weird, but you do feel better.
Oi, when I have mine I feel the same, just sleepier...so I think all this angriness that they complain about on TV, the men do, is all lies, because I never feel that different emotionally...O.o;
