Well, if you're embarrassed about sharing, don't be. At least, if anything, you are keeping yourself in check. There are not many fanfiction authors who can keep themselves under control and actually not post every little bit they write. I'm like that, even if I have posted tons of stuff on the internet. 'Cause really, I'm not all that proud of some of my early stuff but I had to post it in order to get my act together.
...not that I don't trust you as an author or anything. It's just, well, you know the reputation of fanfiction writers. -_-' It's almost better sometimes that we stay far, far away from the internet.

It's more of the fact that I'm really embarrassed about nearly all the stuff I write. Hell, anything I create I'm embarassed about sharing. It's me, I guess.
Also, it's from that fandom. You know, the one that gets me lynched whenever I mention it. P: But who knows, it's looking good so far...

Fanfiction is a fun release and I don't blame you for partaking in it. Even if we never have the chances of seeing it, the fact that it is written is the important part.

Fanfiction can be fun to read (and perhaps write), but the always pressing issue is the (lack of) quality within the various fandoms.
