You should rethink that. I had to spend about 180 dollars on art supplies for two art classes spring quarter

Have you tried getting used books on Amazon? They're usually super, super cheap. Also, once you're on campus, try finding students or organizations on campus that sell used textbooks. You can also resell your books to students/organizations, who will probably give you more money for it than your school bookstore.

Oh my gosh I hate when they ask you to get a particular edition of the damn book. It's very annoying, especially when you're looking for a cheap option via eBay which always has tons of different editions floating around.
