I have tried FictionPress before. In fact, that was a site that indirectly let me to theO. I'm a little nervous to go back there. And I'm not even going to try Wattpad. I'll have to look into whether AO3 has an option for non-fanfiction or not.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!

I get how you're feeling, Keba. I myself have been struggling with sketching old ocs, but then again, I'm in an art block.
As for posting your story online, I remember that Fanfiction.net had a sister site that was for original stories, but I don't remember what it was called... I want to say fictionpress? But I dont think it's that. There is wattpad, but I have never used it and I'm sure you've heard crazy stuff about it.
I thought Ao3 did original stories too? 🤔
Yeah! In addition to the chapters I have on theO, I've written one or two more. I can't remember off the top of my head. I'm guessing there will be about 15 chapters total. Now the question is where to post it. As I said, I'm not crazy about theO's formatting.
Your point about OC anatomy sketches is a good one. I'll have to work on that.

Hey, Keba!
It’s exciting to hear that you’re continuing Rebels! (I really enjoyed what I read of that one.)
I get where you’re coming from on overthinking. That’s frustrating. When my brain goes into a mode where I can’t decide what I want to draw, it helps to start with the one that has the clearest vision…and if I don’t have a concrete idea, I have to talk myself into just starting a sketch. Or draw to music to set a mood/theme. Maybe if you sketch without putting too much pressure on yourself, that will help the ideas come together for your redesigns? (Anatomy sketches with your OCs!) Easier said than done, perhaps, but it seems like the more pressure you put on yourself to get it “right”, the more stiff and wonky things come out.

Ooh! I learned something today! I'll keep AO3 in mind if I can't find something else.

Yeah, theO’s not the greatest for writing. I haven’t tried any writing sites to be able to recommend, though. -_-;
