Pff, not just theOtaku, but anywhere. If it's a spoiler, either make sure those who haven't seen it have a way to not read it, or leave it out altogether. And no, saying "spoiler so-and-so dies" does not count, I, as with (I am sure) some others, can read whole sentences at once, not just one word at a time. Seriously, I've been spoiled so much to Naruto and Code Geass that I don't care anymore, which makes me sad because I do want to feel some sort of emotions when a character dies, and not just be all like "Oh. So that's how they died. Hm."
Wow... that certainly would do it, too. I guess the same kind of thing happened for me and Citrus; we picked the second season of Sherlock up from the library before the first one, so we knew who the mystery guy in the first episode was.

Yeah, I learned the hard way not to browse for wallpapers from series that I haven't completed. Still, even if you try to avoid them, there's always one person that's going to catch you off guard.

I 100% agree with you on this. I can't even name how many animes have been ruined for me because of people doing that.
