Exactly. Also if you think about it, even though Sasuke got his Curse form taken away by Itachi, he know has the Mangekyou Sharingan. It is basically a win-win battle they had! Also Naruto has the nine-tails form and the sage form. Naruto's forms are riskier than sasukes if you think about it because, nine-tails form poisons Naruto and if he screws up the balance of Nature chakra, he'll be turned into a frog.

That is true..., but then you would have to think about the fact that Sasukes chidori can act like a extremely long sword, and with his Sharingan he can supress the nine-tails fox. You could even put into the equation, that Sasukes Teacher(s) are Orochimaru, Kakashi, and in a way, even his brother Itachi. Naruto has Jiraiya, and Kakashi. I am going to have to say Sasuke and the Chidori.

Hemm... In general I think Chidori is stronger because 1. it can only be done by someone who has sharingon and it was made up by Kakashi himself.

But if you are saying a Naruto vs Sasuke thing, then Rasengon because Naruto could use his demon powers and same with Sasuke with his curse mark.
