Paypal is pretty simple to navigate when it comes to sending and receiving money. you have to be at least 18 though and have your own bank account to verify it. Your username is pretty much your email address so make sure the person who commissions you gives you their email :)

I've also wanted to do commissions like this for a while (but I'm a total newb and don't know how to go about it XD). How do you start a Paypal account and have people pay through it?
