I had a Art teacher like that... Then in High school i had a Great Art teacher!
We would do drawings and she would always be there to help. For homework every week she would tell us to draw something that inspired us. Friday we would ping them to the wall and talk as a group what we like about the image/style of drawing/and what we can learn from them. It was SO much Fun! And She was So nice!
She would grade by the hard work you put in it, and the quality(If it is dirty/smeared/ect.) All art work is Beautiful in its own way! It is like the saying 'One persons junk, in another's treasure.'
