This post is probably something timechaser will laugh at. :p Why? Because my roommate Sabrina is on this Dr. Who marathon and I kind of got dragged into along with her. It started with season one of what I understand is the new series and now it's moved into season two.
Now what makes this odd? Dreams! timechaser already knows about the first absurd dream I had after watching a dual episode with the Daleks in season one. A dream where those silly creatures were the size of a house cat running around uttering that Exterminate deal that they do. So it was "Exterminate!" followed by the crunch of me and others stomping on the annoying little things in the dream.
But what makes it even more odd? Season two, an episode about a parallel world to Earth and humans being turned into some cyber creatures... I think? So what do I do? I dream about ending up in a separate parallel world and stopping some insane humans from turning kittens into the same type of creatures from that bizarre show. o_O
So my question here is... do I keep watching this insane show? Or do I look at the fact that it's messing with my dreams and pull the plug? It is interesting, but it's also unusual for something to sneak into my dreams so vividly like that. Or, is that messing with one's mind why people like it in the first place?
Anyway... I'll probably finish up season two and then... maybe, once one of my friends has it for me to borrow, I'll watch the third. But for now my verdict on this show? It's one of the oddest things I've watched in a while, oh and in closing? Whether I watch more or not... I want a Tardis. :p
