Yeah, they made an anime out of Fatal Fury actually movies... three of them. I rented the third one and saw the first two online, I really want the DVDs of them. They're considered some of the best anime based off of a video game too.
If you're interested in a King Of Fighters anime they did make one too it's called King Of Fighters Another Day just search for it on youtube the series was actually made to be seen on the internet and the episodes are only 5 minutes long.
