thank you for the advice! my mom just came home and checked it and she said the wing might not be broken, i might just be sprained. she said she couldn't exactly tell because it's bones are so small. But the question is, how did it hurt it's wing? my mom thinks it was just trying to fly in the storm we had this morning and fell. And the sad thing is(i and just found out) it's a cute little Jenny Wren! And it's so sweet to! when i was holding it it fell asleep!

I think taking it to the vet is a really good idea. Do you know any people who work with animals that could come take a look at it?
If you can't do either of those then just keep feeding it food and water and try to let the wing heal by itself.
