Maybe I'm old fashioned but I didn't start dating until I was 16 =/ but then again, I'm far from normal. In my personal opinion that is far to young to start dating. But being an older sister myself maybe that's coloring my opinion a bit. Idk I think they should wait a few years before thinking about that.
I don't even agree with the things people my own age do so maybe it's just me (it very well could be) but I view people that age as children still.

Dating at that age is pretty much just two kids who like each other going around saying that they are dating. Usually no actual dates occure.
