Just because its winter doesnt mean you cant dress tropical. Just wear a hawaian flower in your hair and maybe a hula skirt with pants underneath. Dont let the cold get you down youll look tropical and still be warm. ^both give thumbs up^
I know my friend and I are crazy enough to do that but our parents would say no.
