At least it turned out well. If I ever see that parent again, I'll apologize that I have yelled at them. But only that too.

He was in shock since his child almost got hurt so I kinda do get it but it doesn't' make it right so yeah, thus why I started to yell at him.

It wasn't my parent lol. It was a child's parent that ran into the car. And because they are elder it doesn't give them the right to treat us badly and yell at a kid who's already messed up and crying and scared and everything, and most importantly someone elses child.
If I was a mother I'd not approve of someone yelling at my child because they are grown ups and my child isn't.
