yeah, this was definitely a more complicated meme. I actually drew them all as simple dolls to get their movements down before drawing their individual features on top of them. It was definitely a process, but a fun one. Usually.

I don't know but I already watch this video a bunched of times, and I kept looking at all the things they do and I'm still amazed, it also looks pretty complicated?
I animated Rai a while ago, he's not doing much, but I almost gave on it and it was a recycled drawing too.
I'm glad you didn't give up though, cause this turned out really nice and I agree, even Xio look adorable in this and he makes me nervous! XD
You'll have to figure out where you downloaded it to on your computer. The user manual is on the same page as the download link I already sent you. Or you can just google your issue. Since their are so many GIMP users out there, google will be your best friend.

Gimp can essentially only make animations flip book style, where each layer is a new page. Saving it as a gif (making sure to click 'save as animation') will play the frames rapidly, thus giving the effect of movement.
Yes, but that confuses me, because there are too many "Kits" "Kats" and "Kitties" on this site =/ Which makes me think people are talking about me. Just thought I'd come up with something different... but I'll use Kit if you don't like it.
I've done some animation before. Matter of fact, one of them was a Fukkireta with two of my own characters. Took about a week. Two of those days, had only 3 hours sleep. Was crazy.
To be honest, I did put this on hold for about a week right after the crazy cartwheeling flipping ball bouncing bit. I was so tired of it, but then I kept thinking that was the worst of it, so I might as well finish.
hahah, the chibi style of this meme made EVERYONE cute. Even pouty face Xio. I tried to keep them in character as best I could, and I knew Rai would be way too embrassed to do the smooch face.
It's all fun and games until someone actually kisses you.

All of the guys doing this was really cute! they were all so freaken adorable, ugh now I'm just repeating myself! XD

Nicknames are fine, but people generally just call me Kit online rather than some abbreviation of my long ass username.
You should try a looping animation then, just to see if you like doing it. My first animation was the caramelldansen I drew for my avatar. It's not complicated, only a few scenes, but you can make it as detailed as you want.
That's not possible... I like to go all out XD I figure as long as I'm doin it, better be fantastic XD Although, perhaps that's also a source of my stress...
This was the main reason I didn't post progress shots during the animation process. I wanted people to be surprised when the characters started to change X3

I watched this on my phone and was like oh that's cute and then all of a sudden I see this strange dark ball and turns into Xio and I am like "WTF Xio???" >,> I obviously didn't read the entire post until after the video but I got a good kick out of it with Xio dancing and the three cats LOL yay Lux made the video too!!;) So happy!! I will say this, I was highly entertained!!!
