Fuji-sama is normally seen as a calm and nice from his light smile and closed eyes, but when he is excited, teasing, or serious he opens his sharp eyes; brown in manga, & blue in anime.
Fuji-sama seems very relax and has alot of self-control, while his opponent is pushing to his limit, giving a impression that he is a genius, who is a pro at tennis (eg. saving energy during matches, or he doesn't care about tennis). There is hardly anyone that can 'wake up' Fuji-sama's true self to play really serious.
