I know Aka-chan to boku (baby and me). The episodes are on Youtube with English subs, also Clamp School Detictives is great too ^_^.
Well let's see...you could try fairy tail, the zelda mangas, maybe zatch bell? I'm trying to think of ones I've read that aren't girly xD I would say dragon ball but...that goes a bit far sometimes lol
well Fairy Tail is a good anime and manga. and One piece would be a nice choise too. i can't find others because the ones that come to my mind are mostly for girls :P

As for Fairy Tail, it contains a little ecchi, the big boobs and all of that. It's so loaded with fanservice .__.
I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls <3
