try to trap him somewhere where he can't escape from the truth,like............. inside his locker,he'll be the one inside of course XD you just stand outside and tell him that you like him,and if he doesn't go out with you you'll leave him there forever,you already changed the lock combination XP
yeah I think you should tell him if you really like him,but always wait for the right moment,not just throw an empty milk box at him at lunch and say: I like you so much,but you're gonna throw that in the garbage for me!
