So, I went to work today and now I'm home. It's been a while since I put forth a surly rant in here. I'm so pissed off at my job. There have been so many changes in what's available for customers and the tools that we use to set up accounts or make changes or even view and reference policies. How many of these things work? Almost none, at least not in a timely manner. Fucking piece of shit computer programs that they celebrate making my job easier have done nothing but not work and slow down the process. I can't find anything and the maintenance programs take forever to load or make any changes. I get so frustrated when the call time expectation keeps lowering and the shit they give me to do my fucking job doesn't fucking WORK. Hey, Molly, go out and drive a bus and pick up all these people, but we're going to give you flat tires. We're putting 10 more stops in your route, but you need to get it all done in less time than before. You are still expected to follow the law and safety procedures. That's what I feel like.

I'm still also expected to have positive sales numbers, but they changed the rate plans available and the features they are offering cost less. People are taking stuff that don't already have it. The people who are calling in are people who already have the old shit and want the new, cheaper options. fuck fuck FUCK! I can't have positive sales figures when the company that expects them are undercutting themselves! grumblegrumbleobscenitiesrawrgrumble.
