We aren't all fans of weird 80s films. :V
One of these days I have to finish Higurashi. I only got through the first four episodes, and that was a couple years ago now. o3o

I actually have had students that have those "squeaky" voices. Its rare, but I have heard them. I have one on my summer school route, in fact.

Ahh, but you see, Japanese little girls may possibly have annoying voices like that! Possibly. Still doesn't take away from the fact that they grate on your ears.

I'm not disowned! Heathers is a great movie. One of the best from the '80s.
Higurashi is a good show, but it's almost too violent for me sometimes. I don't think I could ever watch it again lol.
