I do need to increase my fruits and veggies, but I can't bring myself to go vegetarian. I like the meats! That and my family raises beef. I"m already a black sheep without turning my back on the family business.

McDonalds is not meant to be taken internally. Unfortunately, they don't tell people this.

I hope you can be mopre proactive about getting exercise done. I have the same probably. I'm out of shape and really need it, but I have to overcome laziness to do it.
