Yes, you don't go through a moderation queue to submit your wall, but mods can delete your works later if they're too "bad" to be fixed, or leave comments on the works themselves so you can improve them (for example, add you signature or something).

In AP, I think you don't go through a queue if you're a senior member or a community waller. At least my stuff appears instantly when I do submit something *scratches head*
