I actually experienced that almost one year ago... its really hard especially since you're adjusting to a new environment that is completely different from your usual lifestyle... its like you're stranded in a jungle
I'll share some of my experiences and things you might encounter:
- I learned to appreciate the beauty of nature, I usually look upon my surroundings when I'm feeling bored that time
- its hard to make a conversation topic for long, be ready for this, I really believe that talking with your friends can make time pass quickly
- I learned to get water from a bamboo strip and even cooking rice using it!
- try to at least have a little knowledge on survival tactics... such an event happened to me when I fell off a cliff and my classmates and teachers searched for me and my companions
- I learned to be resourceful... when we were lost, we made ourselves dinner using mushrooms and fruits around us... luckily, it was delicious!
and I guess those were the most memorable... I can't give any further details... but I'm sure that there will be tons of lessons you will learn from camping
Aw. Don't worry about it! It's a fun experience. Yeah, you won't have your computer and electricity, but the time will be good if you have a good attitude. :)

yeah! I agree with Hulaberry32. This maybe once in a lifetime opportunity!......even though I try it I nearly die there (in a term I can't stand it)......have fun though

Hope you have fun! :D I don't like camping myself, partly because my laptop won't work in the great outdoors... But I guess it's an opportunity if you have no choice! ^^ Enjoy your time~
