dA is pretty good..there are many really good artists up there,and you can get tips for improvement there and so on...and I have to admit that on dA i get way more feedback than here on theO.But i love them both,when there is soomething i cant find on dA i get here...or vice versa :)
I would say why not join,you can first take a look how dA is operating and if you dont like it you can leave it ^^
