Recording program, program to record what you are doing at the time. I know that there was this one called fraps, but I had a better one.. Video cam I think.. Can't remember right. But if I manage to find a good one I will let you know.^^

Just download the program for recording, start it, go and start doing some of your artwork, and when you finish it just hit up the speed of the video.^^
