Just click on the comments link below a post and it'll open a box where you can view and add a comment. Just click the "add comment" button in the lower left corner.
If you comment box doesn't come up for you a pop up blocker might be blocking it from coming up. Try adding theotaku.com to your trusted sites and see if that works.
