I hear and read shit about it, either telling me to man up or downright pitying me. Seriously, why can't people just give me a hug and leave me to my tears? Some people do, and that's great. I like that. But others can just lay off a bit.
I don't think your a baby or unmanly that you cry, it's okay for you to show your emotion, I wish I could do that. It's okay if you don't want to tell people about your past if it's painful, people will and should understand. I can relate with the whole depression, as I'm also going through it, people shouldn't make you feel that way. I'm sorry if I'm intruding or being nosy . . .sorry
