Oh jeez...he never came home? I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sorry to hear about not having enough for medication either v.v I'm sure things will start to look up for you. If you don't have anything to sell to make money you could always sell art ^^

I know stress isn't a fun or easy thing to deal with, and that's probably why you're tired one minute and can't sleep the next. I know my stress is a huge part of my insomnia x.x so my best advice would be to try and mellow out a bit and release some of your stress. Even the smallest amount can help.

Also if it makes you feel any better I've had gray hairs since I was 17 x.x so if you're just now getting them you're doing pretty good lol

Hey, Werner, I'm praying for you alot because its the last days of Ramadhan here and its high time for praying so I'm praying for everyone whos special to me including you and I really hope everything becomes alright...because noone has control over whats happening with you, hoe do I put it...umm, its like fate or something...but you know the wonderful thing about time is that it never stays still, and so this horrible time will also pass...for now you have not got to give up! Think of anything, anything that you can do to make things better and do it...Its really good to see that you're atleast feeling better and you're right taking stress is useless, its weakens a person...God Bless you, Werner and never forget we're all with you :)
