I read that it's actually the same voice actor, at least in Japanese. The actor is just older now, so Usagi's voice won't sound nearly as young.

Im not sure I just watched it on youtube lol and its not bad really, just a different voice actor
Wait is this the new one on Hulu? Because i'm not sure if i can handle voice changes lol
