It is a different Rei but I highly doubt another Darke.
Unfortunately...or fortunately here in Corpus we don't have a reliable Public Transport System so any commute by PTS always takes longer than planned. However I think it's a part of life once you reach a certain age/need for timeliness you are more concerned about delays than the well being of others.

When we're out amongst our fellow human beings, all we want to do is get to where we're going as quickly as possible, so we try to pretend they don't exist around us. And it's hard to express more than a faint passing remorse for the death of someone you never even knew.
