And speaking of SD versions, I just grabbed an SD version of Durarara!! done by Frostii. I'm glad they're doing it and doing both HD and SD because I was slightly afraid of the [gg] version. The episode seemed to play all right but I had noticeable lag in the opening.
Basically I don't care which version I have of something as long as I'm able to watch it. ^^
Eventually, yeah. But it wouldn't hurt the sub groups to produce a range of versions so everyone can watch them without having to buy a brand new computer just to watch something. XP

I tried out several versions of Ookami Kakushi and the one that worked best for me at least was the Formula subs at the 480 thingie. Translation seemed good, no lag, subs weren't jagged at the edged.
