Its about 2 prototype Gundams that are scheduled to be given pilots at a federation base, but before they can be piloted, members of the principality of Zeon steal one of them. The one that happens to have the nuclear capabilites. During the attack, a rookie federation pilot pilots the other gundam and tries to retrieve the stolen gundam. The series is mostly about all the problems they encounter while trying to get the gundam back, and the problems each character goes through during the whole process. Its a really good series, great story, great animation, and the last 3 episodes are my favorite episodes of anime ever because the space battles are great and i really enjoyed the ending lol.
ah i see, i didnt care much for gundam Seed, everything looked too computerish and the animation wasnt all that great in my opinion, i tend to like the older gundam series as well as older anime in general
My favorite is Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. its a bit older, but ive always liked it for some reason :) hope to chat sometime if you like :)
