here is what you do, when he talks to you and it dosen't involve something you care about, ignore him. here how it works, if you treat him like c**p he treat you like c**p in turn. But if you don't acknowledge his existance he looks like a major leage a-whole for treating you like crap, and who knows? he might stop. I find it works 90-95% of the time so it is very good method.
