The Haunted House one was actually said to have had a woman killed by her husband and her husband hiding her baby within the walls. There is a blue light that comes from the windows as well...
And the reason so much paranormal activity is there is because the first bridge you drive across is probably the electric bridge that gives off a lot of electricity due to the powerlines. They draw energy off of that as well
