Ooohhh, I see. Well, I have a few fanarts and wallpapers so I guess that's why mine don't get deleted. Still, how strange that the fanart get deleted in the first place. Are they not good enough or something? (That just sounds really biased against people who are still learning.)
Actually a lot of stuff has been deleted in the categories if they try and submit it, but I think it's because if ppl have been submitting things like fan art for a while and get to a certain amount, that you get immunity of it getting deleted.

Well, I'm only keeping up with a few comics and they haven't been deleted, so I didn't know about comics disappearing. Actually, I've heard of fanart being deleted, but I don't know why the system does that. Is it because the drawings are no good? Hmm...the ones that I've seen looked fine to me. Eh, who knows.
