In Orphan, a family adopts a girl named Esther. Everything seems fine at first but then events start to happen and the mother starts to question whether she is a sweet little angel as she portrays herself. Esther ends up killing some people and attempts to kill the mothers two children but ends up failing at killing the children and ends up making the mother look like she's insane to the point the mother has to stay in the hospital with her son who fell out of a burning treehouse (fire caused by Esther) to save himself.
At their home, Esther tries seducing her adoptive father but fails. The mother then finds out that she's from a mental institution and is actually 33 years old and has dwarfism and tries to insert herself in families to seduce the husbands. But if she doesn't seduce the husband, she kills him and the entire family then burns the house down.
Esther ends up killing the father but is ultimately killed by the mother with help from her daughter.

And yeah, Orphan is actually a pretty decent movie. It's worth going to see and it's very surprising too
