If you added the textures& brushes seen in the 2nd wall, I would say yes. Instead of just making it look like you did nothing to the pic, you expanded the beauty of the pic with textures & brushes like in the 2nd wall.
Now if you could just make the text readable by adding a text border or something for nonperfect vision folk like me, it'd be better x3
