Well, there are quite a few cliche moments, the plot's fairly predictable and the good stuff doesn't start until about 10 minutes in, but it's a good watch nonetheless. It does what it's supposed to do, have fun watching it :] It took me some time to get used to the art style, too.
I'm planning to watch that one too. Hope it'll be a good watch at least.
I saw some screencaps and I gotta say I'm not very fond of caricaturist characters, I like it when people actually resemble people XD
I did feel like sometimes the pacing was slow and other times ridiculously fast, but overall I liked it. Guess it's because it's not built like most superhero movies because the superhero exits the stage so soon. Despicable Me, on the other hand, really didn't live up to the hype, at least according to my expectations.
I watched the movie too, I liked it, but I don't know why I get this feeling that it ended before it started... Too many things happened in a short time, dunno, it was good, but I expected more from the praise it got.
